Guidance with Mrs. Hannon

Positive self-talk is a strategy people use when they are trying to solve problems.

It is hard to solve problems when your brain is full of negative self-talk.  You can tell yourself, "I can calm down and take control of my own brain.  I will feel better if I stay calm."
