Guidance with Mrs. G

Today's guidance lesson focused on different strategies that work to help us deal with tough feelings like anger or frustration. Everybody has something that might work well for them to calm themselves down. Today's strategy was breathing in through your nose, and out through your mouth for a long, long breath. We practiced this with pinwheels.  More strategies next time!
