Recycling in the classroom

This year we have many kids in our classroom who love to make things out of paper! Several kids like to set up a little factory at choice time to make things (I had a little dude last year that could make an entire suit of armor out of paper!).

If you feel like a lot of wasted paper is coming home, rest assured!  I am an amazing recycler! I get free paper for Ruth's Reusable Resources, a place where companies donate unused or gently used materials for non-profits like damaged paper and office furniture.  It is out near Unum and Haven's candy factory and Cinemagic.

If you will help complete the recycling cycle by recycling your child's little paper projects that come home from school, we can make this work!
